I would love an exchange for ipads that work, or refund because I do not want this company to get any more money selling defunct products. i have now read many reviews with people saying the same and i hope that no one has such a bad experience with this scam company again. i am extremely disappointed and the company did nothing to help aside from say sorry you are out of luck. They will not even send me new ones to exchange. the company sold defunct merchandise, but I am out of the 30 days and now can not return it, each ipad was 149, so $298. one of them the volime ****** does not work at all. neither holds a charge for more then 5-10minutes and then it dies, no matter if we charge it over night or not. Upon gifting them to my kids and setting them up, neither of the ipads work. I bought them during a sale/promotion they ran to give as gifts this easter. Truly one of the worst experiences, Ive ever dealt with a company and I want my money back. The customer service keeps telling me to wait ***** hours then never responds. Here we are two weeks later and they still have not refunded me. Coincidence right? They told they had received the return and that it would take 48 hours to process. I let daily sale know and as soon as i had opened the case they told me they had received my return. After a week of not hearing anything, i reach out and they say they still haven't received it, so i call the post office and open a postal inspector case and the post office confirms it was delivered to them. So i reached out and they told me to use the same label again to send it to them which made no sense to me. This was the first problem and it took about 2 weeks to finally get back to me. They provided me a prepaid shipping label and I dropped it off at ***** For some reason or another, the return was returned back to me saying the address on the label was incorrect. I have been dealing with this horrible company for over a month now. Either give me my money back (preferably) or at least send me my $1000 machine back. So now, i am out an expensive product and my money because they can't get it together with their warehouse/fulfillment team and they are placing the burden of proof on myself while making it entirely difficult to get in touch with someone to rectify the situation. That is not the case and they've only suggested it after pestering them and providing proof it's been delivered and even the affixed label and packaging in my possession prior to shipment. Now they are making up the excuse that the label is tampered with and implying the box is empty. it is now an entire month after they received my return. This cycle of being told to wait ***** hours has occurred ever since then. So now with 1/2 items, I decided I don't trust used/refurbished electronics from this seller. Luckily, they provided a packing slip that proved my case. It was not until i contacted support and displayed proof would they rectify the situation. Their warehouse marked 2 items shipped in one box but only sent one item. I have had a problem with this order #******* since i first ordered.
